Shipping

○ Where do you ship to?

Team Kyodai ships to all 50 states, US protectorates, APO, and FPO addresses, and PO Boxes.

○ Do you offer international shipping?

Currently Team Kyodai can only ship within the United States. We hope to be able to offer international purchase and shipping in the future. Please sign up for emails and we will let you know when that changes.

○ What is your processing time?

Orders are typically ready to ship within 1-3 business days from Monday through Friday. Exceptions are during holidays, bulk orders, unforeseen circumstances, or otherwise stated in our shop announcement. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed.

○ What’s the difference between processing time and shipping/transit time?

Process Time is the time it takes our fulfillment center to get your package ready for the mail carrier.

Shipping/Transit Time is the time it takes the courier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to get your package from our fulfillment center to your shipping address.

Total Lead Time for your order will be: Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (i.e. 3-5 business days for Standard, 2 -3 days for select Priority, etc).

○ Who is your shipping carrier?

Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS.

Several shipping methods are available for each carrier, including standard and expedited services. Some shipping methods explicitly state which carrier will be used. Others may ship by a variety of carriers depending on the properties of the package.

All shipping methods are detailed during checkout. Shipping fees as well as delivery estimates are shown for each shipping method.

○ Do you offer shipping with tracking?

Yes! A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be automatically emailed once your order has been processed.

○ When will I see tracking information?

Please allow up to 48-72 hours after receiving a shipping confirmation email for updated tracking information.

○ Where can I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains the shipping details and a tracking number of your order.  

○ My address is incorrect, can I change it?

Once an order is shipped we are unable to alter its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any APT, unit, or suite numbers. If any corrections must be made, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct information and we’ll do our best to accommodate the changes. Please note our current processing time is 1-3 business days.

○ What if I input the wrong address and it was shipped out?

If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout and the package was not returned to us, please contact your credit card company or financial institution to dispute the charges as we are unable to retract the order once it is processed.

○ How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Each shipping method will display a delivery date range when the shipment can be expected for delivery.

Domestic shipping typically takes around 2-10 business days. Domestic stamped envelopes take around 1-2 weeks. Shipping estimates applies to the 48 contiguous states. Standard shipping to non-contiguous states/territories may take up to 8 weeks. Please allow an extra delivery day for delivery to PO boxes. Please Note: With current delays shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories can take between 6-8 weeks.

The stated delivery date/range is accurate 99% of the time but there will be a small portion of shipments that my take longer. If your delivery has not arrived we suggest you check the tracking to get a package update. Please be advised that some addresses may consistently take longer than the stated delivery dates. Deliveries may also take longer if you live in an area that is experiencing an unexpected service delay, such as severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.

To reduce any issue caused by late arrival of your package, especially during the winter months, please place your order early to allow extra time for delivery.

○ What happens if my order is marked as “Delivered’ but I haven’t received it?

In some instances, the carrier will scan the packages delivered before actual delivery. Please allow up to 7 business days from the delivery scan for the package to arrive.

If your package has not arrived after 7 business days, please contact us at for further assistance.

○ Why hasn't my order arrived?

Once your package is picked up by our shipping partner, we recommend that you track it via the carrier's website. We are unable to determine when a package will be delivered once the carrier has possession of the package.

If you've received a tracking number but your package is missing please reach out to USPS or UPS to locate your item. If it is still unable to be located, please complete a missing package claim with USPS our UPS and provide us with the case number and we'll do you best to help.

○ What happens if my package is returned back to the sender?

If your package has returned to us due to an incorrect address or it was left unclaimed, we can re-ship to the correct address once the shipping fee is paid.

○ What if I received a damaged/incorrect shipment?

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours upon receipt with your order number, a picture of the item in question, and a brief explanation of the damage or wrong item and will correct the issue from there.

○ What if I refuse shipment?

If you refuse a shipment from Team Kyodai you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any shipping charges incurred as a result of the package being returned to us. You will receive a partial refund for your order amount less a $5 handling fee.

 Can I return items from my order for a refund?

All sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded unless it qualifies for a return as outlined in our return policy.
