○ What is your processing time?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
○ Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to offer it soon. Please follow our shop for updates.
○ Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes! Combined shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
○ Who is your shipping carrier?
Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS.
Several shipping methods are available for each carrier, including standard and expedited services. Some shipping methods explicitly state which carrier will be used. Others may ship by a variety of carriers depending on the properties of the package.
All shipping methods are detailed during checkout. Shipping fees as well as delivery estimates are shown for each shipping method.
○ How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Each shipping method will display a delivery date range when the shipment can be expected for delivery.
Domestic shipping typically takes around 2-10 business days. Domestic stamped envelopes take around 1-2 weeks. Shipping estimates applies to the 48 contiguous states. Standard shipping to non-contiguous states/territories may take up to 8 weeks. Please allow an extra delivery day for delivery to PO boxes. Please Note: With current delays shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories can take between 6-8 weeks.
○ What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
We ship to the shipping address provided by you. Please be sure the address is correct, or contact us immediately for an address change. We cannot refund if items are mailed to an old/incorrect address.
○ Can I modify or combine my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. If you wish to add to your order, please place a new order and contact us to cancel your existing order.
○ Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us within 2 hours from the purchase date/time to request cancellation. If you do not contact us within the requested time we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will go through as the moment your order is placed it is sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Please note once an order is shipped it is non-refundable and no longer qualifies for cancellation.
○ Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process exchanges since we cannot guarantee your item(s) will be in stock.
○ Can I return items from my order for a refund?
All sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded unless it qualifies for a return as outlined in our return policy. All packages are carefully packaged with backing boards, boxes, or cushions wraps to be as safe as possible. Once the item(s) have shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of it. If an item is damaged during transit please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item with photos of proof of damage and we will help you resolve this issue.
○ Why hasn't my order arrived?
Once your package has shipped we recommend that you track it via the carrier's website. We are unable to determine when a package will be delivered once the carrier has possession of the package. Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delays caused by USPS or UPS. If you have a lost or missing package please contact the carrier directly.
